Joey Dunlop’s body is pretty much done now on my 2000 125 Ultra Lightweight Isle of Man TT oil painting. I will complete his left glove when doing his left leg too. This is just a detail crop from the full painting.
Here’s my oil painting of Legendary TT racer Joey Dunlop in the 2000 Ultra Lightweight TT on his beloved 125 two stroke Honda motorcycle. This short work in progress time-lapse and shows the section of Joey’s Arai Crash helmet being painted.
Here is the Full HD Youtube time-lapse video of my John McGuinness 2015 Senior TT oil painting ‘Another Senior Moment. It shows the oil on linen canvas art of McPint from blank canvas to final brush stroke.
K-Tech Suspension complete on my McPint TT oil painting 🖌🎨👍
Mudguard & Dunlop tyre next on the 2015 Senior TT winning Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade 😃
This is a still from the timelapse video which will be online when the art is finished.
The front of John McGuinness’s 2015 Isle of Man Senior TT winning Honda Fireblade is done now (apart from the few million dead Manx Flies) on my oil painting. Just the front wheel and radiator (and flies) to go now 🖌🎨👍
Here is the second time-lapse update of my John McGuinness 2015 Senior TT oil painting. This little clip shows John’s Shoei crash helmet being painted in. This is all all prima work with Winsor and Newton artist oils. I do have to let it dry now before adding the final highlights and Manx flies.
John McGuinness’s Shoei Helmet is now about 99% complete on my 2015 Senior Isle of Man TT oil painting. I just need to let the lovely Winsor & Newton artist oils dry and add the visor highlights and Manx flies. I love using my Rosemary & Co Artists Brushes to produce this art.
Been a while doing lots of ‘hospital stuff’ with family but now here’s a John McGuinness Isle of Man TT 2015 Senior TT oil painting update. John’s Alpinestars gear is now complete and ‘just’ his Shoei lid & the Honda Fireblade to go now 🖌🎨👍
The second pic is from the time-lapse and shows his right arm at completion 😃
