Drawing time-lapse of Cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason

Just for fun here is my drawing time-lapse of Cellist Sheku-Kanneh Mason. Sheku is part of an amazing family of classical musicians where all 7 Kanneh-Mason children play instruments. Four of the family are currently studying at the Royal College of Music in London and Sheku’s sister Isata is a concert pianist.

Sheku came to worldwide prominence in 2018 aged 19 when he played at the Royal Wedding in Windsor Castle of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markel. His performance at their wedding while they signed the register was seen by a phenomenal global audience of nearly 2 billion people.

Sheku also won the prestigious BBC Young Musician of the Year in 2016.
